Heyyyy new clients!
We are so excited to be working with you (seriously – we’re lucky enough that we don’t have to work with clients who we’re not excited about.) This page can be considered a) an insiders guide to working us 2) a central place where we’ve gathered the information that we’re asked about the most frequently. So, take a look around, click on some links, and get excited for your event! As always, please do not hesitate to contact any of us if you have any questions. Our email addresses, for handy reference, are:
- Elizabeth – elizabeth@lowehousecreative.com
- Alyssa - alyssa@lowehousecreative.com
- Morgan - morgan@lowehousecreative.com
- or, to get all three of us - office@lowehousecreative.com
- (all of us have our phone number in the signature line of every email we send!)
Some general info:
- text message is the fastest way to get a hold of any of us (at that handy number in our email signature), and we encourage you to do so if something is urgent (ie. my wedding is in five days and my seamstress just ruined my dress!) or if you’d like to do a same day phone call. We always pick up the phone when we can, but spend a lot of time offsite/in meetings, and try not to ever pick up a phone call in those cases unless we know it’s urgent.
- email really is generally the best way to get a hold of any of us. Especially during high wedding season (mid-April to early-November) please resend if you haven’t heard back from us and it’s a topic that requires a response.
- We encourage you to cc: us on emails to other vendors when they’re about topics relevant to us, and while we read everything that comes through our inboxes, we generally won’t reply unless a reply is necessary.
- never hesitate to ask us questions! We’re firm believers in the idea that the only bad questions are the ones you don’t ask.
