Wow, the week flies by when you’re working like a madwoman having fun. Things I loved in life this week include:
- amazing 75+ degree weather every day
- the explosion of roses my mom’s garden (above)
- work! lots of it, and for the most part really fun stuff.
- asparagus is in season, and I’ve been eating it almost every day

- the first ebook I’ve ever read, which includes one of the best essays I’ve seen about 9/11 by Meg Keene

My weekend plans include going to Oakland’s Art Murmur for the first time in a long time tonight (for the first two years I went almost every month), attending a 4th birthday party in a park, and celebrating Mother’s Day with my parents and some of their friends. Yay for summer weather, art, birthdays, and friends and family to enjoy them with. Hope you all have lovely weekends ahead of you!
