make new mistakes

Lauren & Brian used this as a reading at their wedding last year, and it’s stuck with me ever since.

    I’m the Brian mentioned. Lauren actually found it, and I really liked it immediately, though I didn’t realize its origin until *after my wedding. This reading is actually from Neil’s blog, which I’m fine with, but I doubt blogs are a common source of original wedding readings. I had just assumed it’s from one of his books, in fact he wrote it for New Years 2011:
